On May 20th, NDU Foundation President & CEO James Schmeling hosted an interactive discussion with Alka Patel, Chief, Responsible AI at DoD's Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC), Graham Gilmer, Vice President and Head of Analytics & AI at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Lt. Gen. Michael Plehn, 17th President of the National Defense University.
This was NDUF’s 13th National Security Briefing, but the first focused on AI and the first to address the ethical considerations included in the National Security Commission on AI (NSCAI) Report and Responsible AI.
